-Saremco Tech Private Limited a Mobile & Web Development Studio is looking for Tele Sales Executive cum Business Development Executives for its Call center working for AppnGameReskin Project. 1. -Candidates having work experience in call center will be preferred. -Work experience in a business development executive or sales executive in an IT company will be preferred. -Must be fluent in English & strong convincing power. -Expeirence in Telesales & Call center calling -Customer Care & Support on Chat & Email -Good Communication Writing Skills - Experience candidates will be preferred - Night Shift fix timing First Shift Night 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM & 2nd Shift Night from 2.00AM to 8.00AM for USA, & Canadian Clients - Should be open to shifts timings -Good Salary with attractive incentive part Call Center Representative Skills and Qualifications: Customer Focus, Customer Service, Data Entry Skills, Convincing skills, Telesales, Requirement Gathering, Listening, Phone Skills, Verbal Communication, Building Relationships, People Skills, , Problem Solving, Multi-tasking Tasks to do: • Actively identify and generate mobile development clients for both Apps & Games and Web Development clients through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets. • Achieve revenue targets & goals. • Serves customers by calling & determining requirements; answering inquiries; providing several products solutions; convincing to mature sales, getting project details, completing transactions, fulfilling requests; & maintaining database. • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. . Identify methods to generate new Sales Leads • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. -Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. -Work with technical development staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. -Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
