Digital Links (Pvt.) Ltd ( has immediate opening for the following post in Head Office: Senior Analyst; BP&A (Business Planning and Analysis) Definition: The senior Analyst (BP&A) will manage and support the analytical and reporting needs of Digital Links. Under management direction, performs a bulk of specialized duties that involve the collection of data, reporting of data and the maintenance of a comprehensive department management financial system. Supports Digital Links financial operations across multiple lines of business (forecasting, budgeting, costing, variance analysis). This will be consummated through providing in-depth and sophisticated analysis with explanatory thinking to define problems and then developing the innovative solutions. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Typical objectives and duties include: issue identification, changes & trends in the financial and accounting data; identify and prioritize business improvement action items; measuring the financial impact of business changes. Present findings to the director finance and business management team. Develop the supplemental ad hoc, financial reporting in support of management and operations. Involvement in conducting of in-depth analysis of performance versus business goals utilizing various data sources Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives Directly affecting the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services. Manage the financial programs to include budgeting, receipt of revenue, expenditure of funds, and conservation of assets. Provide strategic financial direction and leadership for worldwide financial integrity and business planning, operating cost efficiencies and asset deployment. Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, and the maintenance of accounts and ledgers. Establish and maintain financial records systems in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and accounting principles. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, and information reports; presents recommendations for programmatic and fiscal changes to the management. Develop implements, interprets, and coordinates the application of finance, accounting, billing, and audit procedures. Provide strategic consultation on financial analysis and projections, taxation, cost identification and allocation, and revenue and expense analysis. Oversee the supervision of accounting personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; motivation of employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. Oversee regulatory requirements of running a Private Limited Company and corporate affairs. Provide Leadership and a corporate vision for setting up organization level goals. Demonstrate commitment for quality, productivity and process improvement. Formulate short-term and long term strategic plans for Digital Links, get board approval and communicate plan to key personnel, suppliers, lenders, etc. Review budgets for reasonableness of assumptions, quality of projections and relevancy in light of recent corporate changes and goals. Identify organization level risks/issues and devise mitigation strategy Perform project portfolio management activities. Complete competitive analysis for each product/project line and evaluate pricing models for each. Identify product/project line strengths and weaknesses and develop action plans accordingly. Requirements & Skills: MBA in a finance and related field Minimum 5 year or equivalent relevant work experience required (BPA) Trading and Technology or similar industry related experience will prefer Reporting experience with emphasis on financial reporting and analysis Advanced knowledge of MS Suit specially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required Excellent presentation skillViews: 885
